Interior renovations

Bring the whole space together.

Update unfinished or tired rooms with surfaces and details that make them feel complete. We offer basement finishing, flooring, drywall, painting, and trim work, with a written scope that makes the renovation easier to understand.

Know what you’re investing in

Start below
the finished surface.

Flooring, drywall, paint, and basement finishes rely on sound preparation. We help identify which underlying conditions need attention before new surfaces go in.

01

Moisture & existing conditions

Basement dampness, active leaks, or damaged substrates should be evaluated before covering walls or floors.

02

Framing & insulation

Framing layout, insulation, and moisture-control choices depend on the existing assembly and intended use of the room.

03

Floor preparation

LVP, hardwood, and tile each have substrate requirements. Flatness, dryness, stability, and transitions affect installation.

04

Drywall & finish preparation

Backing, fastening, joint finishing, repairs, and sanding form the base for a consistent painted surface.

05

Primer, paint & trim

Surface condition guides primer and coating selection. Trim, caulk, and finish details help connect the new surfaces.

06

Access & building services

Soffits, doors, electrical panels, and equipment access need planning. Electrical, HVAC, and plumbing responsibilities are defined in the proposal.

What to look for

Signs it’s time
for a closer look.

These are reasons to have the area evaluated—not a diagnosis or an automatic recommendation to replace everything.

Finishing an unfinished basement is different from repairing an existing room. The intended use, moisture conditions, and building services help define the right scope.
What the work involves

A clear scope.
A better starting point.

PHASE 01

Review the room

Discuss use, existing surfaces, moisture, dimensions, and access.

PHASE 02

Prepare the assembly

Define repairs, framing, insulation, floor preparation, and trade coordination.

PHASE 03

Complete the finishes

Install the agreed wall, floor, paint, door, and trim details.

Your written estimate is the project agreement. It defines the actual materials, preparation, installation, exclusions, and any permit or trade work. The guide above explains typical considerations; not every item is included in every project.

Before we begin

Questions worth discussing.

What should I send when requesting an estimate?

Tell us your project location, the work you want completed, and your preferred timing. Photos, rough dimensions, and examples of finishes you like help us understand your goals.

How are materials and additional work handled?

Your written estimate defines the materials and work included. If concealed damage or a requested change affects the scope, we discuss the additional work before proceeding.

What about permits and other trades?

Permit requirements and the responsibilities for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and any engineering are reviewed for the specific project and documented in the proposal.
